Simple gut friendly meal

Oh so simple, and oh so delicious.  Steamed lacinato kale, boiled eggs, 🐓 avocado and turmeric sauerkraut 🍋 all topped with pumpkin seed oil and gomasio. A perfect gut friendly meal as we head into a holiday week.
