Robyn Youkilis

is a passionate health and cooking coach and foodie with one mission in mind: To guide busy people towards their healthiest and most balanced selves.

Combining her natural curiosity for the culinary world and her professional training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, Robyn possesses an intuition for building relationships and a practical approach to collaborating with clients to align who they are with the vibrant life they want and deserve. She believes that small and accessible shifts in your diet can create impactful and lasting results.

Robyn is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University. She offers boutique style one-on-one coaching, runs a monthly “members only” cooking club, and launched a cutting edge online cooking course, {Healthy} Cooking Camp. Her techniques break the mold of traditional health coaching and give her clients the energy and the motivation to cook and to nourish hassle-free in the kitchen.

Robyn knows that the key to overall health is getting in touch with the real you and allowing that to be expressed through your food choices; whether that’s in your favorite restaurant, point and shoot salad spot or your very own kitchen. Life can get hectic, and stress is everywhere, but if you carve out even ten minutes in your day then you can have a delicious, filling, healthy meal, and Robyn is here to show you how.
