You can choose to follow along in your own kitchen, or sit back, relax, and watch the class like you would a cooking show. Note: The shopping list will allow you to make the basic recipes we make on screen. If you are looking to do a full week’s meal prep, we suggest that you scan the “Build-a-bowl” recipe before the class and pick out a few additional vegetables, proteins and healthy fats (“extras”) to add to your grocery list. You may also want to grab ingredients for any of the bonus recipes.
