Then I found the answer.
And it was inside of me all along.
It was my gut.

I’m fully convinced that there is a reason why our bellies are called our cores. Your gut health influences everything—your energy, mental health, mood, appearance and more.

And if things are going bananas down there, well, then it’s more than likely things are going bananas in the rest of your life too.

There’s never going to be any lasting change unless you do something different.

It takes guts to get out of ruts

My story has been anything but a straight line. I was a chronic overeater, I struggled with the loss of my father, I felt stuck in a career that didn’t fit in with the life I knew I wanted.

Somewhere along the line, I started looking inwards and learning to listen to what my body, and more importantly my gut had to tell me.

Now, I’m happier, healthier and living a life that leaves both my gut and my soul feeling fulfilled.

All because I trusted the little voice I had inside.
