Position: Social Media & Business Assistant

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Type: Full Time, Paid

Your Healthiest You is hiring a full-time social media and business assistant for our CEO, Robyn Youkilis. Robyn is a best selling author, health coach, influencer and mother. As Robyn’s assistant, your role is to support Robyn so she can show up fully for the business, her private clients, brand partnership commitments, speaking engagements, book and writing projects, and more while connecting with thousands of followers on Instagram daily.

You must love Instagram and excel at the platform. You know how to create and support the production of beautiful and inspiring Instagram reels, stories, feed posts and lives. You’ll be proactive about supporting Robyn in creating, editing and sharing content here.

This role is perfect for you if you like to get sh*t done. You can carry projects from 0-10 every time and can thrive on a team as well as independently. You have experience working in a support role and know how to prioritize tasks. You need little supervision and know how to gracefully hold others accountable.

You will be Robyn’s right hand, making sure her tasks are handled. For example, if she has a group coaching call coming up, you’ll know the topic beforehand and will source and set up everything she needs for the call from shopping for and gathering ingredients for recipes to setting up her work station. You’ll be taking notes and capturing valuable sound bites to reshare across all social media platforms. You will work side by side with Robyn in making sure her week is scheduled and cared for, both within the business and beyond.

We’re an intimate company and a lot of what we do is very personal.

We are committed to help as many women break free from health issues, poor self image and overwhelm and step into their own version of living their best life. We love celebrating the successes of our clients and community.

We also work hard and expect you to do the same! We only work with A-Players who go above and beyond in everything they do. We expect your 110% effort when you’re on the job.

We’re often working on multiple projects and there are a lot of moving parts, so you must be able to stay organized and in communication with the rest of the team.

We have a no-panic policy. You are expected to be calm and solution oriented even if it feels stressful – that’s just your nature. Our entire team knows we don’t panic, that’s just not our style! We try to keep it positive.
