Week Two – Fermentation Party!

Welcome to Week Two of Your Healthiest You! This week we are diving deep into one of my favorite topics – Fermentation!!

First up, if you haven’t had a chance to do anything from Week One STOP RIGHT HERE. Save this email in your special materials folder and flag it for later. Next, take out your calendar and schedule time to listen to (or read) Week One today or tomorrow then schedule your time for Week Two (this weekend would be ideal). K? And even if you don’t have time to listen to the full call, just open up either your Healthy Basics Topics and Tips Guide or Playsheet and do ONE THING! That’s it. And we’ll build from there.

Week Two gets all up into the science of fermentation (so you will understand WHY I’m suggesting that you eat these foods), what foods to focus on and HOW to add these into your current diet. We’re going to talk about the microbiome (what on earth is that?), probiotics (do you need to take one?) and, as you may have guessed, sauerkraut! And so much more!
