Overnight Oats

This is a great grab-and-go breakfast that can be prepared the night before!

Overnight Oats

1/2 cup oats

1/2 cup milk (coconut or almond are best)

Mix-ins:
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter, cocoa powder, or no-sugar-added jam

Directions:

Combine ingredients.

Let the oats sit overnight and you’ve got your perfect portable breakfast!

You can even make two at a time so you’re covered for two days!
