Being back in New York means a back to basics dinner! And my hubby made this one while I got my nails did! Since we eat this so much and it’s so simple I took some time to show him how to prepare it and he’s totally got it down pat!
Our typical weeknight bowl – quinoa, seared tempeh (coconut oil and a splash of tamari), avocado, fermented hot sauce and sauerkraut. I had a salad first but typically I would add some sautéed kale too!
