A Very Healthy Blueberry Pancakes Kind of Morning

A very healthy blueberry pancakes kind of morning :) Recipe in comments!

Recipe: Mash and combine 2 eggs, 2 bananas, 2 tablespoons nut butter, pinch of sea salt, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, approximately 1 cup oat flour (may need more, see if it thickens enough to hold together if not add another 1/4-1/2 cup. Yes you can swap for coconut flour!). Heat coconut oil in skillet and pancake it up! Add blueberries to one side then flip. Enjoy with a sprinkle of cinnamon and nut butter for a truly sugar free treat or add some real maple syrup.
