A very personal letter from me…

Truth? I was not feeling my sparkliest last week.

I admitted this during Monday’s free class, Beyond Chewing. I had been “letting myself get away from myself”, which for me means not putting on makeup or clothes I love, not committing to movement (so it didn’t happen most days), not loading up on greens, and more. This left me feeling just blah, bloated and not comfortable in ANY of my clothes, exhausted, and generally feeling anxious around meal times.

Thankfully what I’m about to share comes at the perfect time. This is an opportunity for me to step it up as a teacher, but also step into being a student of my own work.

But before I go into anything new, I wanted to take a minute to check in with YOU.

How are you? How have you been feeling the last few weeks or months?

Are you feeling sluggish, tired, unfocused or unproductive? Or maybe you’re just feeling meh – not terrible, but not as vibrant and generally excited about life as you think you could be?

Like me, maybe you had quite the summer of fun and travel, complete with lazy beach days, double ice cream scoops and many glasses of rose.

There’s nothing wrong with that. I strongly believe life is meant to be celebrated and food is meant to be enjoyed and sometimes doing nothing all day just feels oh so right, but there also comes a time when we are ready to change, to shift back toward structure and healthy habits, to feel strong and connected in our bodies. When we are ready to focus, and ready for things to be different.

A few months ago, the gals here at Team Your Healthiest You {myself included!} were looking to get “back into shape” (for lack of a better word). We wanted to scale back on the “healthy” chocolate, almond milk lattes, extra servings of dinner and gluten free cookies, commit to more challenging and consistent workout routines, and, yes, lose some extra weight. We talked about it and came up with individual plans, and it did work, sort of. We all made some positive changes, lost a few pounds, but something didn’t totally stick deep down inside.

We wanted to make the change in our heads, but found we weren’t ready to fully commit in our bodies, in our everyday lives.

Do you feel like you really do need a change? Are you unsure if you do? If you’re ready?

Here’s an exercise I want you to try right in this moment:

Close your eyes and imagine your most brilliant version of you two months from now. What is this version of you wearing? Doing? Eating? And most importantly, how is she or he feeling? How is this different than your current reality?

Now, comes the big leap – how can you have this most brilliant, radiant version of yourself become your guaranteed future? How do you make this actually happen?

If you are ready to step into this “OMG YES!” version of you two months from now, I have an exclusive invitation for you.

I’ve built a space where you can get all the nerdy must know health info and support you need to become that vision you know is inside somewhere. To embody that life that you feel meant to live, but just haven’t quite gotten there yet.

I’ve created my next level of service, and if you’re ready it includes you.

Eager to learn more? Head here and read my letter to you.

My intention is for you to powerfully move into this person you KNOW you are. And I’d love to have the honor of guiding you there.

Thanks for listening. I can’t wait to talk more with you over here!
