Celebrating Shavuot with a healthy organic “dairy” meal! Shavuot is when the Jews received the Torah. Traditionally celebrated (food wise) with blintzes and perogies and the harvest. So naturally I found some homemade spelt ones with cashew cream and sautéed kale! Delish! Fav foods, just upgraded.
