How to cook tempeh

Tempeh I heart you so much! You are easy to make, taste delicious, cook up quickly, and always hit the spot. Just wanted you to know /// Directions:Add two tablespoons coconut oil to a large pan. Chop tempeh in small cubes. Prep any additional ingredients (here I added sliced onions and mushrooms). Add tempeh to hot pan and sear on all sides until browned, about 6-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and a splash of tamari if desired. Serve with cooked greens, over salad or snack on it all by itself!
