Easy food for an easy week!

I often advise my clients to schedule their food plans like they schedule their social plans! Today's lunch was assembled from a bunch of food I made for the week that I can mix and match for different breakfast, lunches, dinners and snacks. On the plate (and in my fridge!): roasted squash, ready to go greens, boiled eggies, kraut with avocado and hummus!
