Easy Seared Tempeh Recipe

Tempeh is one of my favorite vegetarian proteins, and it can be very easy to prepare!

Easy Seared Tempeh
Serves 2-3



  1. Add coconut oil to a large pan and heat on medium-high heat.
  2. Add tempeh to hot pan and sear on all sides until browned, about 6-10 minutes
  3. Season tempeh with salt and pepper and tamari. Serve immediately or let cool and store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 3 days.
