Spotted this big, beautiful garlic at the Farmer’s Market this morning! Did you know garlic has the highest amount of anti-microbial and anti-fungal properties of any herb? Yup, it’s not just for warding off vampires, it also helps boost your #immune system (especially important this time of year with seasonal colds and the flu)!
