Nature’s Best Immunity Food

Spotted this big, beautiful #garlic at the #farmersmarket this morning! Did you know garlic has the highest amount of anti-microbial and anti-fungal properties of any herb? Yup, it’s not just for warding off vampires, it also helps boost your #immune system (especially important this time of year with seasonal colds and the flu)! I grate it with a micro plane grater raw into salad dressings, when I reheat soups and into my scrambled eggs! #nyc #stayhealthy #immunity #cooking #organic #nourish
