Happy Holidays + my gift to you inside! [not to be missed!]

Happy holidays my friends! Whether you’re celebrating Chanukah (and giggling at this video), or getting your Christmas shopping on, I’m sure you’re in full holiday swing mode.

The days are filled with fun, family, festivities and of course, lots and lots of yummy food! To keep us feeling our best even during the most stressful and “fun” times I created an Awesome Holiday Eating and Workout Guide as my gift to you. That way this year you can enjoy the holiday season without sending your body into a heavy holiday funk.

All I ask is that you resist the urge to put on your sweats and veg on the couch by first trying out at least two or three tips, recipes or workouts from this guide {I know once you get on a role you’ll want to try them all!}, and of course please share on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook! Or you can send this guide to your office comrades as a holiday gift, print it and include a copy with your other stocking stuffers or simply send it to a friend that gets extra frazzled this time of year.
