Here’s Your Focus for This Week

Sometimes it’s just easier to be told exactly what to focus on, am I right?

If you’re feeling a little scattered, overwhelmed or stretched thin lately, I’ve got you. Here’s my personal prioritization schedule you can implement this week – simple, grounding actions to help you feel more centered, clear, and calm.

Your Week of Grounding Practices:

Monday – Check in with yourself

Ask: What’s coming up this week? What do I need to prioritize? Where do I need more support?

Tuesday – Be present with your food

Chew slowly. Savor each bite. Let meals become a moment of mindfulness.

Wednesday – Move your body

Stretch, take a walk, do a quick yoga flow—whatever helps you feel alive in your skin.

Thursday – Practice gratitude

Write down 3 things you deeply appreciate about your life right now.

Friday – Hydrate with intention

Fuel your body with what it needs. Add lemon or mint to your water to make it a refreshing ritual.

Saturday – Unplug + reset

Cut back on screen time and give your mind a reset.

Sunday – Nourish your soul

Journal, meditate, or read something inspiring. Use this time to ground yourself for the week ahead.

No guesswork. No overthinking. Just small, doable shifts that can make a real difference.
