It’s hard to human, here’s some help…

Hello loves,

OMG HAS SH*T BEEN INTENSE LATELY!

Phew. 

I’m sure you’ve all been feeling it… how could you not? As my meditation teacher always says, “human school is one of the most challenging”, but I trust we all chose it at this very moment in time for a reason. 😉 

But since it can be hard to human, here’s some support I’ve been leaning on lately for all of you:

Get Grounded

I did a brand new live grounding meditation, you can access it here. It’s not very long and will help bring a whole other level of CHILL to your day or night. Also, you don’t need to be “meditating” to get the benefits, just hit play like a podcast during your drive or walk home (just keep your eyes open!). Make something warm and nourishing to eat

I’ve definitely been craving more warming and comforting meals as temps start to drop here in NYC. Here are my go-to immunity-boosting, gut-healthy, and perfect-for-fall recipes from my book Go With Your Gut:

Try my favorite 432 Hz frequency track 

Listening to music (more of a track really) in the 432 Hz frequency “supports physical relaxation: The vibrations produced by 432 Hz music are thought to have a soothing effect on the nervous system, helping relax muscle tension and decrease physical discomfort.” This track is my life saver for when I need a 20 minute time out (grown ups need these too!), a nap, a slow morning hello, and more, it supports me so much in my life.
