Making Healthy Fun [Recording!]

IMG_6715 (1)I spent this past weekend with my mastermind group and dear coach, Laura Hames Franklin. What I love about working with her is that I always leave feeling connected to my body and completely clear in my mind. From this grounded place I can accomplish almost anything with grace and ease. It got me thinking, how can I bring this feeling into my life on a regular basis, and more importantly, how can I pass it on to you! So today I’m sharing my favorite non-food healthy eating trick, (besides chewing of course!).

Next time you’re hungry, place your hand on your belly and breathe deeply three times. Close your eyes and ask yourself, “What’s there? What do I really need?” And wait for the answer.

Yup, that’s it. The simplest advice can often be the most powerful. {tweet that!} But the good news is, there’s a lot more where that came from.
