My Approach

You have a body, and you have a brain. They’re physically connected, and you can’t address one without considering the other. They work together. I work with you to start eating the right foods for your body, hone your intuition, and get your mindset right so you can feel your best, physically and mentally.

So yes, my approach is a little different than your run of the mill “calories in, calories out” model. Actually, I don’t believe in calorie counting at all – it’s dated science and it doesn’t work. I take a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means I look at how all areas of your life are connected:

  • Does stress at your job trigger overeating?
  • Is your relationship toxic, leading you to judge and hate your body?
  • Feeling uninspired, disconnected, and blah?
  • Lack of sleep or low energy stopping you from exercising?
  • Are you eating perfectly but still feeling terrible? It might be deeper than food.

As we work together, you’ll discover how all parts of your life affect your health, and you’ll reach a deep sense of peace in your body, and acceptance of what YOU want. Because I’m guessing you’re into this whole spirituality thing. You’ve read Deepak and Eckhart and Gabby Bernstein, and you know that your blocks are about much more than food and weight.

But you still want to look and feel good. Maybe you’ve even started to feel a little guilty about wanting to lose weight and feel sexy in your body. Guess what? You can be spiritual and want to lose weight, clear up your skin, or get blowouts every week. Whatever lights you up and makes you feel fantastic and ready to face the day, every day. Vanity does not make you unspiritual. Your body is a reflection of you, and it should represent all of you. No shame or guilt involved.
