My “Back to Business Brekkie”

I call this the "back to business brekkie". Although I'll give myself a couple days to ease into my work life my body wants it's usual nutrition NOW (after an 85% bread and cheese diet for 10+ days). So I'm giving it what it needs with some steamed collards and sweet potato, a poached duck egg, drizzle of sacha inchi oil, cayenne and raw kraut. What does your body need after an indulgent time?
