Hey loves!
Tis the season of holiday gifting! Truthfully, I have seen sooo many good wellness-focused gift guides out there, and instead of adding another one, I decided to share my super niche and personal favorite items I’ve been loving lately. They just so happen to make great gifts for a loved one, or maybe even more importantly, YOU 😊.
Here is a roundup of some of my favorite self care items for gifting (and for myself) as of late:
1. Hydration Made Hands-Free:
Friends help friends hydrate, right? Gift this Stanley canteen to your busy mom friend, coworker, or even always-on-the-go in-law. The shoulder strap is an absolute game changer and I personally love the green color for year round wear. We are finally hands free AND hydrated friends!
2. For the Tea Lovers:
I have been waiting for a product like this my whole adult tea drinking life. Did you know you’re supposed to cover your herbal and medicinal teas when they’re steeping to keep the oils IN the mug (instead of steaming out)? Thank you Traditional Medicinals for finally making this cute dream product for me, um, US… Tea Buddy (aka steeping cover) from Traditional Medicinals. And if you want to “add to cart” some additional items, I recommend the Get Well Soon Care Package for supporting your immune system all winter long.
3. Vitamins with a Fun Twist:
You know I’m always going to recommend New Chapter for my baseline health needs. But this season, let’s make wellness a little more fun with gummies! Their Immune Defense Vitamin C+, All-Flora Probiotic + Prebiotic, and Organic Fiber gummies are essential for staying healthy and, bonus, they’re fun to gift. Don’t forget to use my code ROBYN20 for a special discount!
4. Comfy Chic Pants:
Still on the hunt for that perfect pair of pants you can wear anywhere? I’ve got you covered with these super versatile pants from Reformation. They’re comfy, chic, and perfect for those days when you want to feel put together yet still super cozy.
5. Nail Game Strong:
Know someone who loves a good manicure? Gitti Nail Polish is the answer. It’s plant-based, cruelty-free, and is the longest lasting regular polish I’ve ever tried (yes it beats the Essie twist tops!). The remover is great too.
6. Relax & Unwind:
If you want to go more “wellness classic” for gifting and you’re near any of the locations for these, try a facial at Glowbar or acupuncture at WTHN. I’m a huge fan of both of these spots because they’re so easy to book, there’s tons of sessions at any time of day or night, and consistently amazing.
7. Reconnect with Your Body:
For that friend or family member looking for some body love, I swear by the body tapping method using Franklin Method Balls (very different from EFT!). Here’s a bonus video for you where I teach this super easy method. Try it and let me know if you feel an instant upgrade.
8. Candles for Cozy Vibes:
You really can’t go wrong with a beautiful candle, it’s always my favorite gift to receive (that and good soap lol). Yinsoul.co’s candles are my go-to. Made by a wonderful past client of mine, they’re infused with so much love and care, plus you get a bonus crystal in every candle to keep when the wax melts down! Kim, the founder, shared a discount code with us – use ROBYNHOLIDAY now through the end of December.
9. Say Buh-Bye to Migraines and Puffy Eyes:
We’ve all been there—eye discomfort and a pounding headache can really throw off your day, which is why I’m absolutely in love with this Eye Massager and Heated Migraine Mask. When you need relief from headaches, puffiness, or dryness, the soothing heat and gentle massage feel like a mini spa treatment for your face. Even when you’re feeling fine, this is the perfect way to unwind after a busy day.
Happy holidays friends. Deep breaths. We’ve got this.
Xoo,
Robyn
