OMG I finally did the great hummus trick that’s been in my mind for months! You PEEL the chickpeas before blending! Yup! You literally stand there (half trying to meditate if you’re like me) popping those little suckers out of their skins. Then blend until they form a crumbly paste and add the usual – tahini, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper, water, olive oil and cumin and blend! And it will be completely worth it 🙂 Have you guys ever made hummus this way? If not are you going to give it a try? 🙂
