Oh my gosh what a blast I had today on our first ever Veria Living Live Cooking School! I taught our viewers how to properly sear your food!
Step 1 – HOT HOT HOT pan. Then add oil and protein
Step 2 – don’t touch it! Set a timer and flip when the food releases easily
3 – Deglaze the pan w wine or stock for a delish and easy sauce! Ps that’s Aly doing push ups in the kitchen while we wait for the scallops to get their beautiful crust 🙂
