Progress in Vermont

Coming to my family house in VT used to stress me out food wise. My mom is an UNREAL cook but all classic recipes and lots of white flour and white sugar business (which would send me into oh what the hell territory which would then send my cravings into a spiral for days). Now she goes to Costco and I don't stress anymore because slowly over time she now comes home with food like this. Floods of greens (I couldn't seem to get her to understand the volume I needed in this dept, now check out the size of those greens) and all of this stuff purchased organic without debate or explaining why it was important. Progress is freaking awesome.
