Spiced Apple Water

A little bit of sweet, a little bit of spice, this water will have you happily hydrating all day long. Not only does this water taste great, it packs some serious health benefits: Ginger promotes great digestion and cinnamon and cayenne rev your metabolism while curbing sugar cravings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 small organic apple, sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions:

  1. Fill a small pitcher with water and add all ingredients. Let the mix steep overnight for maximum flavor.
  2. Strain as you serve and enjoy throughout the day! You can also heat this up for warming tea variation.
