Sugar Cravings Calmer Tea Recipe

1 Serving / 5 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 bag ginger tea
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon or more to taste

Directions:

  1. Stir together all the ingredients. Let the tea steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea bag and enjoy! Aim to have 2 to 3 cups per day.
