Supercharge your spring with these 25 recipes!

Being in Cali the past couple weeks definitely gave me a taste of spring, and while NYC hasn’t caught up *quite* yet {writing this email even feels funny given the massive snowstorm happening here on the East Coast!}, I’m definitely feeling signs that my body is ready for this new season.

What do I mean by that? I’m craving lighter, fresher foods like smoothies and salads again! And despite the fact that I’m cozying up with soup and tea today, I’m hopeful that the temps will start to warm up soon because BOY am I ready for spring foods.

Spring is such an exciting time because our bodies naturally want to shed winter weight and, like I taught at the Yoga Vida Teacher Training this past weekend, there are certain foods that we can eat and practices that we can adopt to help support our body’s natural detox functions AND get super energized.
