Tempeh and greens, still one of my favorite #yourhealthiestyou meals of all time! Have you had my favorite protein aka tempeh yet? It’s a fermented soybean cake (so typically a little easier to digest than a traditional soy product) and pure protein. It tastes delicious and nutty simply seared in coconut oil with salt and pepper. Served for lunch today with sautéed onions and mushrooms, steamed kale and finished with the juice of half a lemon. It was such a yummy and healthy lunch in just 10 minutes
