Tips to make the rest of August really count

I’m making this August really count and not with a to-do list, but with presence, joy, and all the beverages. Here’s how:

Mini walks in whatever I’m wearing like flip-flops, pajamas, whatever. Bra? Don’t even know her.

Staying up too late, not to scroll, but to read, unwind, or just potchske around (in Yiddish: mess around or waste time! One of my fave phrases).

Quick sun breaks. Face to the sky. Deep breath in. Shoulder drop. Body shake or wiggle.

Letting it be messy. Overflowing counters? Who cares. Summer is not the season for perfection.

✨All the beverages. Some days I’m a full-on elixir bar for one drinking herbal tea, cacao, creatine, matcha, decaf coffee… all in one day and loving it. FYI this is my absolute fave cacao!

Consider this your permission slip to savor the rest of summer. Lean in where it matters, let go where it doesn’t, and make space for you in the mix.
