As we ease into June, I’ve been thinking about what it means to stay centered—even when the world around us feels extra loud, too fast, or very uncertain. This week I’m sharing a few things that have been supporting me in staying grounded, healthy, and connected to what matters:
1. A gut-friendly boost I’m loving right now:
Most mornings, I mix chia seeds with water and my New Chapter liquid multivitamin. It’s hydrating, supports digestion, and also starts your day off with some fiber and protein (do you know women really do need to eat within the first hour of waking up?!)
Pro tip: Let the chia seeds soak for at least 5 minutes, but ideally 15–20 minutes, before drinking. This gives them time to expand and turn into that gel-like consistency that’s soothing and effective for the gut.
You can see exactly how I make it in this Instagram post!
2. Jewish Women’s Healing Circle – You’re invited:
If you’re a Jewish woman or ally and are craving a supportive space to reflect, connect, and exhale, I’m co-hosting another Healing Circle with Daniella Rabbani. These gatherings have become a powerful way for us to regulate our nervous systems, share what’s on our hearts, and reconnect with our strength and values.
Here’s what a few participants shared after our last circle:
“I didn’t know how much I needed this until I was in it. I felt so seen and so held.”
“The combination of grounding and truth-telling was exactly what I needed to move forward with more clarity and calm.”

3. What I’m focusing on lately:
Balancing big feelings with big dreams. These days, I’m leaning into songs that help me process and feel what I’m going through (here’s my go-to playlist that def shows my age lol) and prioritizing long walks to just be. A little fresh air, a few deep breaths, and I feel more like I’m back to me again.
As always, take what resonates and leave the rest. I hope something here supports you today.
