When was the last time you felt FULLY like yourself?
I’m not talking about the “mom version” of you, or the “work version,” or even the “wife/partner version”…
I’m talking about the FULL YOU. The you who feels clarity around what she wants and asks for it fully and completely.
If you can’t remember, you’re not alone. And that’s exactly why I created my Hot Mama transformation process.
After working with hundreds of women I’ve discovered that the real transformation happens when you stop waiting for “someday” and start implementing these game-changing practices TODAY.
Before checking emails, before making breakfast for anyone else, claim the first 10 minutes of your day for YOU. For me, this looks like: 3 deep breaths, a quick body scan meditation, and writing down my top 3 priorities for myself (not everyone else). This simple practice has changed everything for my clients who implement it. If those feel like too far of a stretch, start with finishing your water from the night before and not taking your phone with you to the bathroom! You can def start there!
Every weekend needs at least one steady non-negotiable that’s just for you. Not your kids, not your partner – YOU. Maybe it’s a Saturday morning yoga class, a Sunday evening bath ritual, a 90-minute walk. Put it in your calendar, set your reminders, and heck, even make a big sign on the fridge MOM IS PEACING OUT 10AM SATURDAY for everyone (especially you) to see.
Hot Mamas don’t waste time staring at their closet. Create three go-to outfits that make you feel amazing – one for chill days (my uniform is typically a cute white t or tank and fun cargo like beige baggy jeans), one for meetings/social events (think a bright color that makes you happy), and one for those days when you need a confidence boost (anything sheer). You can always check my IG feed for inspo too!
Before entering situations where your boundaries get bulldozed (family gatherings, work meetings, playdates), take 30 seconds to rehearse your calm, confident “no.” Practice phrases like: “That doesn’t work for me,” “I’ll need to check my calendar,” or “I’m focusing on something else right now.” Your future self will thank you. And remember, no is actually a complete sentence!
Starting to spin? Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly, and ask yourself, “What do I really need right now?” Then honor whatever comes up, whether it’s a glass of water, 5 minutes of quiet, or reaching out to a friend. This brings you back to your body’s wisdom instead of pushing through.
