I don’t know about you, but I keep getting emails in my inbox that I’m like, “Oh my God”, or things keep happening, and I’m like, “Not this too”. It just feels like I’m being pulled every which way. And it feels like everything is just scrambling my brain right now.
And I can feel myself kind of rising and rising, getting more and more frustrated. And feelings more and more frustrated with how out of control things feel.
Can you relate to this?
So what do you do when you feel like that’s happening?
First of all, take deep breaths.
Second, tune into your intuition.
“What is it that I really, really need? What is this really, really asking of me?”
The reason I’m sharing that first is because my intuitive questioning led me to an answer that I’m now sharing with you.
The message that I have for myself, and for us, for this week is: How can we be the peace in any situation?
If you’re having a tough moment at work, if you’re having a tough time with your family, you can say “I need a minute”. I need a minute so that you can find your peace. Get a glass of water, make a cup of tea, do what you need to do to be able to bring that first for yourself and then for the world.
Be proud of yourself in a moment, take a deep breath in a tricky situation, reply to an email that’s challenging for you and think: “how can I be the peace in this situation?”
Breathe in, and breathe out. See how that supports you this week.
