Calm In The Chaos

Do you struggle with finding the calm in the midst of chaos?  The truth is, I’ve always been good in a crisis. When things get chaotic or scary, that’s kinda when I feel most grounded. How is this so? Well, partially, I think I was born with it. And in part it’s because I have a meditation practice (which is really more of an “anything that qualifies as a mindful moment” practice) that helps me get into my body and tap into the truth of who I am in any given moment (yes, all it takes is a moment).

I dove deep into this and more when I was invited back as a guest on the Dr. Taz Show podcast. I even got to lead the listeners through a beautiful two-minute Guided Grounding session.
