I hear you & I get it– some days it feels impossible to carve out some “me” time to just breathe let alone poop, drink water or say hello to people you care about.
But I also know when I do, even just 5 minutes, I feel the most calm, grounded, and at peace in my life. I’m then able to be a better mama to Navy girl, a better wife, friend, and business owner.
When I started my Guided Grounding Meditations in March of last year, after a deep intuitive hit that my community needed this practice as well, the floodgates opened– hundreds of you joined me live on Instagram, and thousands watched the replays (sometimes multiple times!) to connect to your own breath, to help you to show up for the things that matter in your life.

Back in August I had a vision for how the sessions could come back in an even more powerful and supportive way, but alas, the first trimester of my pregnancy totally took me out and I had to hold off on my dream for this group and all who would be a part of it. And now, the timing feels more perfect than ever. I’m so excited The Guided Grounding Group Experience is finally here and so many of you have already said YES! (over 45 and counting!)
The Guided Ground Group Experience is a 4-week meditation journey where we’ll meet on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10:30 AM EST in a private group over on Instagram. If you can’t join the meditations live, the replays will be available until June 2021 so you can enjoy them again and again at any time.
This practice provided you as much comfort and support as it consistently provides for me. I created the Guided Grounding Group Experience to provide a supportive container to connect to our breath and intuition — whether you consider yourself a “meditator” or not.
