There’s a lot of noise, information, and imagery constantly being run through our brains on a 24/7 cycle without any real time to process it. We’re still expected to keep go, go, going – in our jobs, at home (especially as a parent), in our relationships… But there’s no way to keep powering through without at least a few moments away from the chaos to care for ourselves. To honor the need for our minds, bodies, and souls to rest. To reflect, to process, and to recharge.
Earlier this week I led an evening wind down guided meditation for members of my Hot Mama program, and I decided to share it with all of you. It’s the perfect opportunity to slow down, ground down, and bring everything in. To find your cozy place, take a break from everything happening around you, to honor yourself, and to wholly relax.
