I think we all do this.
We know what helps our mental, emotional, and physical health, but still don’t do the things we know we need to be doing to support ourselves. And, you know what, I’m right there with you.
BUT, over the last week, I’ve been meditating almost every day and feel like a whole different person. Could it be that simple? Yes, I believe it can.
My short and simple meditation practice this past week has supported me to:
I’ve had BIG things to do lately with work commitments and baby Dover, all with so much still happening in the world. People ask me all the time, how I do it all, and this is my answer:
Meditating, and amplifying it by doing it TOGETHER… So we can remind each other, cheer one another on, and raise each other up.
