The First Live Guided Grounding Meditation of 2021

I believe we all had to abandon plans, routines, practices, and desires in 2020 because it was filled with unknowns and uncertainty, and things changed so quickly day to day. But I feel that no matter what 2021 brings, we can create the space to recommit to whatever it is that makes you feel like you

That’s why I’ve personally recommitted to my meditation practice and wow, what a difference in my life and accessible JOY it’s brought me. Especially because the first 3 months of my pregnancy, I couldn’t close my eyes without feeling sick. Taking the time to meditate, whether it’s for one minute or 10, always makes me feel more like myself. When I feel more connected to me I have more patience (which I’ve needed a lot of this last year!), more giggles and def more quality sleep!

To make sure I can pull this off with a little one running around I’m communicating with my family when it’s my time to meditate. You might know this about me, but I have the worst FOMO (fear of missing out). Of course there are 100 other things I want or need to do, but I’m committed to prioritizing myself.

I believe that we can find our way back to what brings us joy in 2021. That doesn’t mean it will always be perfect from here on out, but I’m going to show up and do my best, and that’s what matters.

Guided Grounding Meditation

And because so many of you have expressed wanting to meditate more, too, I’m leading my first live Guided Grounding meditation of 2021 next Tuesday, January 26th at 10:30 AM EST over on Instagram. If you could use some time to connect to yourself, I hope you’ll join me.

And if meditating isn’t your thing, what’s one practice you want to commit to in 2021?  Comment below!
